I like the glasses but why didn’t you notice that I had to pay custom fee which is 26 $ Ca . It cost me a lot.

Hi Cansu, Thanks for your feedback, all of our international orders are subject to customs and duties at the discretion of local customs offices. The customs fees are not received by or charged by us at GUNNAR and are instead provided from FedEx International. We do highlight in our FAQ that all orders can be subject to customs as well. I love my glasses and how they look. I was dissatisfied with the communication since I received a confirmation email and hadn’t heard from them since. I downloaded the “Route” and “Shop” app and neither had shown anything until 2 days before it arrived. Simple miscommunication that I got way too angry about. As the company grows I hope they can consider some kind of “progress update”, if it’s even possible, for the impatient hot heads like me.

Glasses are pretty expensive, but good quality. Chat support was quick and responsive. Disappointed that I received 2 codes to use for my purchase, one for a discount and one for a free case but was then told I could not use both.

I wanted to purchase through Amazon, they seemed to have faster shipping as opposed to Gunnar except they didn't offer this one style I wanted. Also tracking is easier through Amazon in their overall portal. Instead of a 3-5 day turn around I'm getting it in 10 days.
