Unhelpful customer service with terrible attitude and no desire to assist. Conflicting statements between the service reps and the guidelines on the website regarding shipping times, CS says 2-4 weeks typically, website’s shipping page says up to 10 days typically. Awful turnaround times for prescription orders, promos that don’t work and require you to contact CS to have a special one granted to you, and the absolute worst: After a long conversation with customer service who blatantly tells me that I’m wrong in stating that they are delayed in my order (which is more than correct according to their website), I state everything that was wrong on their side and she ends up wishing me a good day. As a customer of years with more than several pairs of glasses, including my family, I can say with confidence that after an experience like this I won’t be buying from them any more.

The two pair of glasses are perfect. Good fit and right reading strength. Have both of them on my nightstand and can watch TV and/or read at a moments touch.👍🏼🥰

Great glasses

I received the glasses a month ago, I have written several emails with the purpose of changing the frame of the glasses because the ones I purchased are very heavy, they told me that they are going to send an email so that I can send them to you and until today I have not received, please send me the address and I can get the desired change!! Thank you for your cooperation in this situation.

So many options with so little information about what suits me better. Also lack of comparison between products on the portal.. sizes aren’t clear and the guideline isn’t helpful.

Got a prescription pair of the maverick. When I first open the box I noticed the frames were twisted, so I figured I would just put them back. As I tried to untwist them the one screw striped the thread and came out. So to fix I had to take a longer screw(to grab deeper threads) from another pair to bring the frame back together. So yeah, I love the blue light filter but the lenses were not ground down enough and were forced to fit frame. After half hour of bending this and that, they are mostly straight.

My computer glasses were over compensated and are unusable. It is taking forever to get resolved and I would just like a refund now
