Awesome customer service
Every agent I had was fast and very respectful. Hands down some of the best customer service also they even corrected my order as I had the wrong info on it which saved me some money.

Never received two pair of blue light glasses…
Ordered two pair of blue light glasses for eye strain. Order never arrived even though tracking info said delivered. Delivery info on tracking label had the wrong City in the address. I contacted support and explained the situation, and confirmed the address I provided was infact correct and differed from the address they put on the shipping label. Despite this error on their end, Terry Albea of support refused to help, told me to file a claim with USPS and that I should have purchased insurance. This was $150 order, so not a small amount. Better luck next time I guess. Hopefully the credit card will refund as the company has refused. I am filing a chargeback. BUYER BEWARE. re: Terry's response should tell you everything you need to know. The order was lost or delivered to the incorrect address. This company is in the business of shipping goods to customers who purchased. They will take no responsibility for lost or missing deliveries. You have been warned.

Hi Michael, Thanks for your feedback, we do try to make the very best of all situations, but I do have confirmation from USPS logs that the package was delivered to your location and that the address shipped was correct. We also do offer our customers additional security in Route Package Insurance, which you chose to opt out of. While we are never against assisting in individual cases, the scope of what we're able to offer is limited based on the information we have available to us. Best wishes, Terry

Good product and good service
The customer service was very good and helped a lot and the product is amazing too. I got the maverick gaming glasses, they shipped in time and are super comfortable, even with headphones on, which is the thing I was worried about:)
