Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

I've been using them for years. They've been solid and haven't ever done me wrong. They aren't without issue, but they still always did right by me in the end. I'd say their current customer service is better than it used to be which is hard to say for most companies (like HLJ whose customer service nose dived off a cliff). Their prices are really good and usually the cheapest I can find. Their selection is massive and they don't "sell out" in 30 seconds like some other places...cough..hlj...amiami...cough. All in all you should give them a chance. Very solid company that I plan to keep using for years to come.

Gundamit and ShowZstore are my first go to for ALL my collectibles. Their points system is awesome and their customer service is out of this world.

Easy purchase, price was good, free shipping, box was super well protected, my figure was in very good condition

I have purchased twice from Gundamit.com so far and couldn’t be happier with my experience. It has already become my go-to store for Inart, Hot Toys, Threezero, Gong Studio, and other brands. They offer an incredible range, soliciting almost everything a collector like us could want! Their pricing is competitive, making it easy to grab great deals. Also, their packaging is top-notch, ensuring items arrive in pristine condition. Their customer service is equally impressive—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I had a defective head sculpt, and they happily arranged a replacement from the manufacturer for me without any additional charges. Awesome folks! I highly recommend Gundamit.com to fellow collectors. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting out, this store is a must-visit. Asfand

For me, Gundamit is simply the best online store. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, fast and safe shipping, point system, continuous discounts, premium membership. I never had any problem with my purchases. I highly recommend them!
