I always have an excellent experience with Gundamit. Had a particularly good customer service experience recently. The AceFigz Wukong was ready for final payment however after I had paid the full the AceFigz decided to recall and make some improvements. At the time Gundamit offered a refund as points or money as it was technically a recall. I just left it as I still wanted the figure when it releases. It is coming soon again now and AceFigz are now offering a special 2 pack that looks great. I reached out to Gundamit to ask about changing to the 2 pack. They couldn’t transfer my order directly but I was able to preorder the 2 pack and refund my payment for the deluxe as points to use on the new order. They are always fast and friendly with their communication and they will continue to be my number one choice for third party figures.

Gundamit is the best place to buy all kinds of action figures, robots, and accessories. I've been buying from them for many years. They offer excellent customer service, always friendly and available for any questions, and excellent after-sales service. They have an incredible variety of products and great prices. Shipping is also excellent, very fast, and the packaging is impeccable and resistant to any transport. In my opinion, they're the absolute best on the market.

I discovered Gundamit store through a collector friend. I immediately tried it by purchasing a Final Fantasy figure. I was really satisfied: the package was carefully protected. Shipping costs were very reasonable. Customer service is excellent and responsive.Everything went great, I recommend it without thinking twice!

J'ai acheté plusieurs articles chez eux et j'avais remarqué que systématiquement je n'avais pas de suivi de mon colis une fois arrivé en France via l'application Chronopost. Je passe donc par track17 et je constate qu'un de mes paquets et dans un locker, mais je n'ai reçu aucun code de colis ni de mot de passe pour le récupérer. Je contacte donc Chronopost qui me signale que l'expéditeur n'a pas mis d'adresse mail lors de l'envoi, ce qui bloque l'envoie du code que ce soit par mail ET par sms. J'écris donc naturellement a gundamit pour qu'il renseigne cette partie. Il me réponde juste que le colis est dans un locker, et me donne le numéro de Chronopost ! J'insiste un peu et ils me répondent que je n'ai pas besoins de code pour retirer mon colis. Le colis est donc naturellement repartis a l'expéditeur et vu les délais de livraison autant dire que je le reverrai peut être dans 6 mois sans aucune garantie de relivraison. J'ai demandé le remboursement et l'annulation de tout les autres envoies, pas de réponse. Je ne passerai plus par ce vendeur.

As a regular customer of Gundamit since 2024 and as an avid model kit builder and collector I can't recommend this vendor enough. Over the recent months I have made about fifteen purchases including both in-stock and pre-order products, and have always been satisfied. Gundamit packs the products in such a solid manner that they are essentionally armor-clad, thus they always arrive in stellar condition. In case of any problems or questions, the support is always kind and eager to respond in a timely manner. It's a great site for all model kit/action figure fans. Check them out :)
