JC was very helpful in getting me set up with the system and made the process as painless as possible. She respectfully guided me through the necessary steps. We had to verify there were no surprises at the state DMV office so she waited on hold with me until we were able to confirm the necessary information. She also scheduled the installation via conference call with the auto shop. Unfortunately I ran into a little friction with the shop from someone who wasn't involved with the coordination effort when I delivered the vehicle but we worked things out.

When I called JC at customer service...she was very helpful and informative. Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, was overall a very pleasant experience.

We set up an appoinment in advance and even payed $50 down payment and when the day of the appointment came we went to the location we were given when we arrived we were told that guardian no longer was at that location no one from that company even bothered to let us know about those changes and that was the only day I had off so it was a waste of time and I had already gave them my $50 really disappointed

Jen and her father are great. They had us in and out quickly and were extremely helpful. I am happy to be a client of theirs.

Under start up package. The website suggests that the installation and one month rental would be free. Actual costs at the installation center were way above what I was told they would be by the agent.

Andre helped me tremendously and provided me with more information than I expected. Very friendly and great costumer service skills. Mistakes are made. Glad to have people like Andre helping people get back on the road.
