After having a terrible experience with lifelock sending me a confirmation text for the tech in Victorville. I called the tech in Victorville and he was on vacation for 2 weeks so I would have gone all the way over there and he would not have been there. So after a week's worth of finagling I finally had to go for an 8 hour round trip to Indio which was a pleasant surprise because the tech called herself and confirmed and was very willing to give me directions and help me out with my trip over there she was very professional and very well in customer service

She was curtious, empathetic and through in her efforts to satisfy and resolve my situation. Me and my father was on the phone with our representative and we had a lot of questions and concerns and the gentleman assured us that he was going to research and find answers to the questions which he did he had very good customer service and worked hard getting us in the right direction. Even when the phone hung up he called back.
