I would give them 0 stars, but this site will not allow it. I purchased a snow Bib. It did not fit. I wanted to return it, I did review their return policy. It states that they want you 100% satisfied with your purchase. This is a complete LIE!!!! They have given me the run around for 3 weeks about retuning the item. They will not give me their return address as they want me to keep the item to resell. They are based in China, so returns are expensive! DO.NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON.

They claim to have a 15 day return policy, but it's a lie. After 14 emails and trying to wrangle a return address, they finally said that "exchange is not possible". They tried to ghost and suggest partial $30 refund off a $270 product. Since I can't return it to get my money back, the only option to try is a chargeback. Don't even consider buying anything from this store.

I just ordered a snow suit that also has an issue with sizing. I am within the return period window and have contacted Gsou 6 x via email to return the item and they are ghosting me! All the above reviews are true. This company is a scam that does not honor their return policy and no real customer service. There is no number to call and no address to send your items back. Do not buy anything from GSOU. They scam their customers. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

The website, products, and prices all look great, but beware, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS NOT HONORED. They shipped our product out of Deleware and it arrived timely but it was not true to size. When we tried to swap/return they gave us the story that it shipped out of China. We asked additional questions and they ghosted us and never responded again. We disputed with AMEX and they even bamboozled them with their sham return policy.

Never ever buy from this company. They steal your money and ghost you when you try and return the size. I have tried to contact them multiple times by email and they do not reply. They are duping customers left and right and cannot be trusted. They should be shut down immediately.
