SCAM. Won't let me return my suit which looks terrible and was so expensive. They've ghosted me, don't have a contact number or any other way to get to them. Has anyone had any luck!?!?!?!

I ordered 3 snowsuits after carefully reading the return policy, and after choosing the one that fit, reached out to Gsou to return the other two, well within the return period. I received a response that since they were shipped from China that it was too expensive to return, and Gsou offered a partial refund. I followed up asking about the partial refund and Gsou is now ghosting me! Bad customer service and seems like the return policy is a sham. So disappointing!

DO NOT BUY! Sizing is off (my daughter is size 4, the LARGE bib barely fit) and they would not return items. Offered $25 for me to keep the 2 ski pants I spent $300 on that I cannot use. Told me I had to pay $$ to ship to China. Also got “expedited” shipping promised in 3-6 days and package arrived after Christmas 11 days later. Very frustrated with terrible customer service and poorly made product.

Same issue as the others with the misleading return policy and BS about the package being shipped from China (the sticker on the box it came in says Kansas City, KS. last I checked, that was US, not china). And there is no where on their site or social media to be able to write a review/complaint. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!!

I should have checked these comments before ordering. Simply no way to return your items. Same answer as all the others here. It would cost a lot and will take too much time. They only offered coupons. Like I would ever by again from them 🤣

I read the return policy (full "easy" returns within 30 days) I ordered 2 identical jackets because I wasn't sure which size would fit best. When recieved, I tried on one, it fit. The following day, I reached to return the unopened one, and GSOU made some crazy long excuse about their warehouse in China and offered me $30 refund for the $200 jacket. They have since gone basically radio silent and it has now been several weeks of me emailing them to the abyss about WHERE and HOW to send the unopened package back for return. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I ordered an item and it was too big so I tried to return within their 15 day return policy. They don’t honor their return policy and don’t disclose that they make it near impossible for you to get a return going. In addition, you will need to pay a considerable amount of customs duty when the package reaches customs. All in all it's not worth it. So we don't recommend this. If you agree, we can give you a partial refund. Additionally, we can provide you with a permanent discount code. In this case, you can re-order suitable new products as needed. And products you previously received do not need to be returned to us. You can keep them for yourself or give them to a friend or relative who is the right size. Can also be resold to others. Scam site. Burned money on two suits and can’t get the money back and will not return accept returns. I’d give them 0 stars if I could
