I purchased a bib for $179.00. When I requested a return label as the bib didn't fit they offered me $15.00 and coupon for another future purchase! They said their wearhouse is in China and it's expensive to return. Now I can't get them to respond to me as I have asked for the address to send it back and prefer to pay for the shipping. I would suggest purchasing the items on Amazon that way Amazon can assist with the return process. Quality isn't great either.

I naively fell for ordering some goggles for my son for Christmas, he sent a link, I didn’t check it out first and instinctively and irrationally made a quick purchase before Christmas for a pair of goggles. While they did arrive before the expected date, what was received was nothing even remotely close to what was shown on gsousnow’s (falsely advertised) website. After taking pictures and comparing what was ordered to what was received, I emailed this “company” with no response back. After 48 hours, I emailed again. Still no response. Another 48 hours passed and I emailed a third time. No response. I contacted my credit card company to notify of a fraudulent company and purchase, (making note that I would do as such in my email). Finally received a response back saying they won’t do a full refund, (spending $110.88 CAD), but would refund $15. I thought this was a joke. ANY legit company would 100% offer a FULL refund. Sure I may have to pay shipping but would still get full refund from a legit company. Not with gsousnow.com. On a purchase of over $100, they think $15 back is sufficient for a falsely advertised product?!? DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM OF A SITE!!!!!

This company needs to be reported to the better business and get the government involved. They should not be allowed to sell ANYTHING. Anyone should put this all over social media to prevent the SCAMS they are really in their practice of business. Please help and stop them.

Terrible customer service, and mediocre quality. I received an item that was defective, I tried to return it and they gave me a total run around, then offered me $100 back on an item that cost $387! Never gave me an option to return either, I feel like this company scams people.

I ordered a $330 snowsuit that was a medium but fit like an xxs. I also spent another $50 to ship the item back to the Chinese warehouse. They received my return on 3/27/2023 and have yet to refund me. After many back and forth emails with them, they immediately stopped responding once it was time to give me a refund. Do not oder from this company. It is a scam and they WILL NOT REFUND YOU. And they will stop communicating with you.

Their service and quality is very bad. Don't order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It's litterally a scam. I ordered a 350$ ski suit and emailed them a few hours after to cancel it before it was shipped. They chose not to respond and to ship my order even after I sent 8 emails to cancel. Once I received the package, I have continued to cancel and they responded saying "Are you sure you want to return it? What we want to tell you is that if you want to return or exchange the product, you must pay the shipping fee to return the product to the original warehouse. Since the warehouse where you send the order is far away from you, it will take a long time and shipping cost". I confirmed I wanted to cancel and they will not respond to me. A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

Half my order was out of stock but they shipped anyways with the full invoice and so I paid the full customs/duties only to receive half my order. I contacted them to inform them of the error and they offered a 15% coupon if I was willing to receive another half order and pay full duties again.
