The delivery came at the projected date which was perfectly in time for my trip. I bought both pants and a jacket which fitted exacly as i hope, the size guide really helped me pick the right sizes.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for expedited shipping because the website clearly stated delivery within 3–8 shipping days, and I specifically needed the items to arrive before my holiday. After placing the order, I received absolutely no updates. Three days later, because it was completely radio silent in my email, I reached out myself through Instagram. That’s when I was told that logistics were on a five-day break — something that was never communicated beforehand or at the time of ordering. After that, there was another full week of silence. Then suddenly my order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. No prior warning, no alternatives offered, and no effort made to resolve the situation. Because of this, I now don’t have ski clothes for my holiday, despite ordering well in advance and paying extra for faster delivery. What’s most frustrating is that no compensation or goodwill gesture was even offered for the inconvenience. Very poor communication and extremely disappointing customer service.

Unbelievable! We ordered a bunch of different Jackets for our Ski Holidays. Unfortunately we had to send a few of them back. We packed all in the same package and returned it on time. ( I think 14 Days is really unrealistic especially considering it takes them at least 4 weeks to deliver them to germany). Anyways - first they told us the return time was exceded . Than one day later they emailed us with they return overview( so they did accepted it suddently). They only want to refund 1 Jacket ( of 8) . For no reason. They were all in the same package. How is that possible? We will get an atorney in case they will not retund the full amount!

They had advertised a product that wasn’t in stock, only offered a $5 exchange fee waiver ahaha. What made it worse is this product was still being advertised for weeks / months after. Clearly a popular product that they were getting payments for. In the end, we didn’t even get the fee waived, disappointing there was no compensation. Based on past reviews I’m not surprised by this service

retourning is a nightmare, don't buy anything if u are not sure about size etc.

Poor quality, button on snow pants broke after using it 3-4 times. Customer service refuses to help and their website blocks bad reviews. Do not buy!

Waardeloos bedrijf en waardeloze producten. Het snowboardpak dat ik bestelde viel letterlijk uit elkaar voordat ik het kon aantrekken: de knopen sprongen er meteen af. De kwaliteit is ronduit slecht. Ritjes voelden ook goedkoop aan. De lange levertijd en Chinese tekens op de verpakking wekken sterk de indruk van een goedkoop dropshippingbedrijf. Het product ziet er totaal niet uit zoals op de website. Ik heb alles direct teruggestuurd, maar retourneren is omslachtig en kost ruim €10 voor een retourlabel. Dat geld ben je kwijt, want na mijn klacht verwezen ze direct naar de koopvoorwaarden. Bespaar je de teleurstelling, koop ergens anders. Slechte kwaliteit en slechte/geen service.
