Excellent experience

I have loved Grow Therapy. If there was one thing that I dont necessarily enjoy is that I was unable to schedule future appointments when I had a copay due and was unaware of it. The only way I found out was me just reviewing my account.

I appreciate everything about this company. The ability to schedule with as many therapists as need to find someone that you click with is great. Not having to deal with insurance other than verifying that I have it is also great. Logging in is simple. Everything about this is as user friendly as possible.

Very happy! My therapist listens very well, is very kind, and makes great suggestions to help me focus on how best to try to overcome some of my challenges. I feel comfortable and can be myself which is the way it has to be in order for this therapy to work for me. Thank you Grow Therapy!

Grow has been so easy to use, and I absolutely love my therapist she has helped so much and after having many other therapists in the past I finally found the right fit.

I like that the platform is open to browsing therapists, they aren't assigned. It's also helpful to have a profile and get to know which therapist will be a better fit, saving time and money and sanity while avoiding several "initial consults."

Partnering with Grow Therapy gave me the path to start my private practice. They resolved my many hurdles I had that prevented me from getting started and I am so grateful. I am impressed with the professionalism and support they offer. There are tons of resources including education on clinical topics, technology topics, and business. I am one who shies away from technology, but their site and platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Grow therapy has managed to create a culture of inclusivity. It is warm and welcoming. You won't feel like you are on an island alone in private practice.

Grow Therapy keeps automatically canceling my appointments due to an error with their website saying my insurance needs to be updated. Their customer service is only available through chat, and they either don't answer or just tell you that your message has been passed along to another team. It's very frustrating. It's now the day of my appointment, and I'd reached out 6 days ago. Totally broken system. Update: Grow Therapy did reinstate my appointment due to my provider contacting them through channels not available to the consumer. They replied to my 'chat' on 12/14 on 12/27 and apologized for the late reply. Changing rating to 3 stars.
