Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I like the Trustpilot, because I'm able to share my experience with the company about the job my therapist did for me. In addition, I'm able to share my feeling with other patients about the treatment I receive from the company. We all can openly sharing information for building a better future.

Best quality of grow therapy other than having Stephanie as one of the therapists on their portfolio is how user friendly the whole experience is. The questionares are also easy to understand for me without spiraling into overthought and it makes scheduling a breeze.

I’ve tried other types of therapy but none compare to Grow Therapy. I was able to find the best therapist for me based on descriptions and the appointment scheduling has really helped me make time for my appointments and value them. My therapist really listens and does a great job at acknowledging my experiences. I can’t recommend Grow enough!

This is a great place to grow your private practice. Each day is flexible and based on how much or how little you want to work. I have learned how to manage my caseload and structure my day with the clients that I see. The management is very available and able to help at every turn. The workplace culture is great, as there is a place for community and connecting with other peers as this is a fully individual and remote position. There is also consultation groups that you are able to join. The hardest part of the job is learning the system, which is quite easy to learn. The most enjoyable part of the job is managing my own schedule to have a work-life balance.
