It's okay
It's easy to use and pretty straight forward, however it would be nice to choose the amount you want to pay at a time when paying a balance.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. So far this app has been the best that I've used. The best thing about my experience has been my therapist, Obviously. While the app has made it possible to connect with them I still stayed because of the therapist. I've tried other virtual therapist sites and they did not compare. I hope that the quality stays the same or gets even better. I love my therapist and appreciate everything they're helping me through.

Great Affordable therapy! My therapist is amazing. Shaq has made me feel more empowered and understanding of myself in situations that arose in my life. Especially learning how to navigate those situations were vital to my own growth.

I do not have any scheduling issues, connection issues, or communication issues with my therapist as I have on previous platforms. I was incredibly grateful to be able to follow her here from another platform. I do wish my insurance, Ambetter Health, was covered here so I didn't pay our of pocket.

Highly recommend! So easy to get your first session. My therapist is incredible, learning so much about myself just by talking. If you’re thinking about therapy then just go for it.
