I was researching therapists on psychology today’s website and I reached out to a few that seemed like a good match. One of them was with grow therapy and I regret I filled in my information because instead of replying that the therapist is no longer with grow therapy, grow therapy sent me a message falsely stating she was not taking new clients and offered me other choices. Something felt off so I started googling and found this therapist through their own website and sent them a message. Turned out she simply left grow therapy but was still taking new clients. Then it got worse, not only is grow therapy harassing me with unsolicited spam marketing emails, they also started texting me to get me to use them. I was never interested in grow therapy, and hope to warn others that they are not ethical. They should have stated simply the therapist I was trying to book a session with was no longer with them, and it would be fine to say in the reply that they have other options in that one reply. It is not ok to lie about availability and then harass me with promotions when I was never asked permission to opt into their marketing. Also my research of them after my bad experience shows mostly positive reviews from therapists using them. There should be 2 categories of reviews, 1 for patients and 1 for therapists. I don’t trust the positive reviews from patients, knowing how grow therapy markets themselves. Actually I don’t trust the reviews from therapists either now that I’m thinking this through. I know I’m being harsh but they are abusing my personal information I provided for one reason only, and that was to contact the particular therapist I picked, and absolutely no one else.

Grow is a one stop shop for all your business start up needs. They are my scheduler, my EHR, my credentialing company and my biller! What a time saver, not to mention saving me additional stress!! Looking forward to a continued partnership as I “grow” my own business!!!

Easy on boarding and simple to use platform and EHR. No issues with billing or getting paid. My caseload grew quickly, no issues getting referrals.
