I am pleased to have a therapist that is kind, considerate, warm, friendly, and caring as Marketa Winfrey. I highly recommend Grow Therapy with trusting your levels of holistic healing.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. A typical day at Grow Therapy starts with reviewing my schedule and preparing for client sessions. Sessions are usually spread throughout the day, with breaks in between for notes and to prepare for the next client. Each session involves actively listening to clients, providing therapeutic interventions based on their needs, and documenting progress. Working at Grow Therapy has taught me valuable skills in therapeutic techniques, client management, and professional growth. I've learned to adapt my approach to meet the diverse needs of clients and gained insight into various therapeutic modalities. Management at Grow Therapy is supportive and values professional growth. There is clear communication regarding expectations. The workplace culture at Grow Therapy is inclusive and supportive. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, and colleagues are respectful and share a common dedication to client care. The organization promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement, which fosters a stimulating and rewarding work environment. One of the most challenging aspects of the job is managing client cases that involve complex issues or intense emotional distress. It requires emotional resilience, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing effective therapy. Additionally, balancing a full caseload with administrative responsibilities can be demanding at times, requiring effective time management and prioritization skills. The most enjoyable part of working at Grow Therapy is witnessing the positive impact of therapy on clients' lives. Building therapeutic relationships, seeing clients make progress, and achieving their goals are incredibly rewarding experiences. Additionally, collaborating with a supportive team and having opportunities for professional growth contribute to a fulfilling career at Grow Therapy. Overall, Grow Therapy provides a nurturing environment for therapists to grow professionally, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. The organization's emphasis on continuous learning and client-centered care fosters a positive workplace culture that enhances job satisfaction and professional development.

It's a relief to be able to get therapy virtually verses having to go to an office, especially with a busy lifestyle. You can pick the person you want to work with based on their bios and picture. It feels like you can taylor to your needs through this app which I love!
