Easy. Real. Life Changing!

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. First of all, it was very easy to get a therapist that matched my style-had it not worked out in the beginning it would’ve been very easy to switch, but all the preview information I picked the right one first-secondly -when things become too overwhelming and you can have too many things on your plate, that’s when you gotta get some help that has the education to give you confirmation on what you know you need to do probably already - techniques ways to think about things ways to change your way of thinking and I have been able to now through this help, I’m able to be fine with the same situation happening, but understanding and being educated about the crux of the whole problem. It has made a life-changing experience for me. And that’s after 25 years.

My partner and I have completed two counseling sessions with Dr. Kwame Frimpong, and the experience has already been very meaningful for us. From the beginning, he created a comfortable environment where we both felt heard, respected, and able to speak honestly. What I appreciate most about Dr. Kwame is that he does not take sides. He listens carefully to both people, asks questions when something needs clarification, and helps each partner understand how their words and actions affect the other person. He does not just focus on the disagreement in front of him—he teaches practical tools that can be used outside of the counseling session. Dr. Kwame has a very relatable teaching style. He uses personal stories, humor, real-life examples, biblical principles, and counseling techniques to explain relationship issues in a way that is easy to understand and remember. He helped us recognize the importance of communication, delivery, emotional safety, forgiveness, accountability, and learning each other’s love language. I also appreciate that he acknowledges progress while still challenging us to continue growing. We left our sessions feeling encouraged, hopeful, and better equipped to understand one another. Counseling requires honesty, humility, and a willingness to do the work, but Dr. Kwame provides a strong and supportive foundation for that process. I am grateful that we chose him to help guide us through this chapter of rebuilding our relationship.
