Dr. Keith London is amazing ! Thank you so much.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Easy to get signed up, access to a lot of therapist so you have many options to find the best fit for you. They verify insurance to make sure you are eligible. It’s been a great experience!

The Grow Therapy platform is simple and easy to use. It makes the process of selecting a therapist seamless. If you find that your therapist is not a good fit, or if you are simply ready to try a different type of therapy, it is very easy to make a switch online.

I would say that Hannah is one of the best coach/teachers I’ve ever had! She provides insight and guidance on levels that are immeasurable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and super intelligent when it comes to picking brains and understanding the complexities that sometimes we don’t understand. She brings such a perception that helps me understand what needs to be done to become a better person. She definitely is the light that everyone needs. I would recommend Hannah to anyone who needs guidance! And this is coming from someone who has never thought another person can see or understand me. I always feel heard and I’m eternally grateful God led me to her!
