I love that this company does accept insurance online and its convenient to speak to a therapist while in your own comfort zone

The therapists are excellent at their jobs and cater to how you are as a person. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to visit a therapist.

Company is very professional and offers lots of support. Transparent on the insurer rates. Lots of trainings available. They even have a social community app for additional support by other clinical professionals.

Recently onboarded at Grow Therapy and the whole process from interviewing to the support for onboarding was great. They were available to answer questions and have a repository of information for questions. They seem to do a great job of handling the administrative details for private practice so the counselor can focus on the clinical work.

the web/teleheath setup is very easy to use and i have not had any issues using it at all. I do with there was a full screen mode and not just confined within the browser. I would also recommend looking into latency associated with background effects. Even with an amazing connection i've noticed huge frame rate drops using background blur.

I tried using Growin the past and they claim they dont take my insurance. I found a provider on ZocDoc who does take my insurance and was able to book through them. But then it redirected me to Grow Therapy to confirm the appointment, where they claim they dont take my insurance. I went back to Zoc Doc and asked their support team if my meeting is still in good standing and they said it should be and this is a glitch on GROWs end. And now my appointment has been cancelled. I try calling support. No one answers and you get a text to start a chat. Each time I waited over half an hour and neither person was able to help. In fact the first person eventually just left the chat. I hope this company goes bankrupt.
