When I discovered Grow Therapy, I was delighted to find out they take insurance. I created my account, looked through the profiles and bios of the providers, and was able to book an appointment within 48 hours with the provider I chose! My provider has been nothing short of amazing, and I have felt such a sense of relief to have help with my mental health again. I didn't think I'd be able to afford therapy again, but my co-pays are manageable and the billing process is smooth. Don't be afraid to switch providers if you don't feel seen or understood by your current one! Good luck on your own journey, because I have been given the tools and empowerment to start mine!

I like the format of the site. It is nice to be able to message directly and schedule. I only wish there was an app provided.

I did not have a good experience. They stole our money and refuse to refund or help. My daughter 11 year old was looking for a therapist. I approved her looking but never authorized her to actually sign up but she did. How ever they immediately started charging my card. I was charged $75, The provider stated it was a no show fee however my daughter denies making the appt. When I explained that she is only 11 they pretty much told me it is a personal problem and that they will not be refunding my money. Very unprofessional and kind of fraudulent. Be careful when entering your information because they do not verify identity when signing up but they will charge you and not refund anything or even help. The provider was rude and Grow team refused to help with this matter not even as a courtesy because it was a mistake. We got charged for a service we did not receive and were shown no empathy. Therapist immediately said she would discharge us when I initially began to speak with her without even listening to what I had to say. I tried to be as respectful as I could in this situation but pretty much was scammed out of $75. Very upsetting idk who has $75 to just give away for nothing in this economy. I will be more vigilant of my daughters internet use and have spoken to her about uploading our information.
