I love the copay feature a lot
I love the copay feature a lot. I only pay $30 with my insurance (aetna) and finding a therapist is really easy.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. She is easy to talk to and I feel comfortable opening up to her. She listens and is understanding. I looked forward to my sessions with her. It’s nice to be able to talk things out with her. She is friendly and authentic.
Nina G.
She is not judgemental. She let's Nina discuss what is important to her at the present time.

The therapists are amazing. They are the best I have ever had. The company, however, is a nightmare. If you have a billing or insurance question don't expect a resolution. Your request will be addressed via robot chat. So, you type your issue repeatedly until you are finally chatting with a live person. There is NO phone number for customer service regardless how serious your problem might be. The live chat person usually gives you the incorrect information, so you have to continually contact them. I don't know whether they note the accounts because you have to reiterate the problem over and over again because the last person you chatted with did nothing to help you. Be diligent! Co-pays are often billed because they are incompetent and don't care to check your insurance information. I don't know whether the great therapist is worth the stress and frustration of having to deal with this horrible company.
