It is very difficult to obtain therapy for most patients and I was skeptical about an outside provers on line I am confident that the vetting and matching process works and very pleased as a patient and healthcare provider

Abibat Ajiboye is a beautiful, intelligent educated woman who has a warm welcoming smile that made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is easy to talk to. She asked me questions and listened to the answers I gave her. I did not want to take a certain medication she said ok and we agreed on another solution for the meantime until we can talk more and see if there's a better fit. I can have a bit of an attitude towards doctors that don't value my knowledge of myself, what works or doesn't for me. I am completely satisfied with our session that ended with thank yous and smiles.

Understanding thoughtfulness.

I’ve been doing therapy on Grow for a little over a month and a half and the amount of changes I’ve made in such little time is so inspiring to me. I’ve been working on my mental health since I was 12 and felt no growth. It’s so important to be matched with the right therapist and crucial to this journey. Good luck to everyone joining therapy!

I like the option to choose my therapist. They give you enough information on each person to be able to make an accurate decision on who you wanna choose and I love that

My Wifi glitched twice and I was able to reconnect and continue my session. I am grateful to have been able to complete my visit instead of being shut out for the rest of the hour. My therapist is a rockstar for listening, engaging with me, and seeming interested in my life.

My therapist has been great, but the billing and insurance is VERY misleading. They gave me a list of providers who would take my insurance and even gave me a reasonable cost estimate with my insurance. I've gone to many sessions and my insurance claims says they are out of network and I am shocked to discover at being charged $350 each time. They also say on their website that they don't bill out of network plans to prevent this confusion and will give you the option to self-pay. I have not been given this option, just accrued $350 claim after $350 claim. I have also yet to get a bill on any session from Grow Therapy and it's been months. Very disappointing. Be very, very careful with your insurance with this company.
