Thank you
Thank you, my session was very, helpful.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Very blessed and thankful for grow. I've had alot happen over the past decade and my therapist here is helping me work through things I didnt even know I needed to work through. As a man its very difficult to talk about stuff but thanks to grow and my therapist Jason its helped massively. I dont have to have anxiety of going anywhere like I suffer from going to the oncologist or other treatments and doctors. Video is always clear audio can be a pain until you finally set it up right but once you do its rock solid. I don't have to leave the house and its as simple as joining the room. That's it. Only thing I haven't figured out is making it full-screen in portrait move but that's nit picking and probably on my end. Very thankful I found grow and my therapist works here. Feel very blessed. Thank you

This seems like a fantastic platform so far! I've only been using it for 3 weeks, but so far so good! I would recommend it to friends.

Creates a safe space to open up and talk freely without feeling judged. My new therapist, Sue, is a kind gentle person, professional, attentive listener, I’m always feeling new growth with each session. Thanks Grow!

While only three weeks in, I am confident I have found the right counselor/therapist for the long haul.
