Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. Very glitchy. Our session ended on its own three times, which was a loss of valuable time needed in my therapy session.

I have a wonderful experience every time I connect. I look back from when I first started my therapy to now. I feel confident and fulfilled with the happy side of my personality again. We all have a choice to make; I want to be the one to make.

I was a client of Grow Therapy from November 2024 to May 2025. I want to express that ending therapy was not my choice—it became my only option due to the circumstances. My provider consistently failed to respond to messages within the stated 2–3 day window, and I was never notified of any payment issues. Additionally, none of our sessions ever exceeded 30 minutes. What hurt the most was the timing of how things ended. After opening up about the loss of my mother—a deeply personal and vulnerable moment for me—my sessions were terminated just two days after Mother's Day. This felt incredibly insensitive and triggered a severe spiral in my mental health. It has reached a point where simply opening Grow Therapy’s platform causes me intense anxiety. I've learned that this provider is no longer affiliated with Grow Therapy, which is somewhat reassuring. Still, I hope your team takes a more active role in vetting and monitoring the providers you work with. Quality, consistency, and compassion in mental health care are not optional—they are essential. Update : everything is automatic no difference will be made . Also there was a mistake apparently they didn't leave they just stopped excepting my insurance without warning . the therapist was Heidi Holmes would not recommend . 0/10 would not recommend.

I enjoyed talking with Michael. I was nervous getting on the call and he calmed my nerves. He’s friendly and felt like I was talking to my family.
