Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I recently took the leap to try therapy, and went with a therapist I found on Grow. She seemed to fit all my needs, and took my insurance. I booked with her, she was extremely late to the appointment, but I liked her once we got to talking. Then after that every appointment I scheduled with her, she would message me day of 20-30 mins prior to our session that she needed to reschedule. When I couldn't meet one of her reschedules she charged me a $100 no show fee. I decided to find a new provider. Searched long and hard to find one that would fit my needs. Found one, scheduled, answered all the questions before our appointment... Then, day of, TWO MINUTES before our session she sends this message: "Thank you for scheduling a session with me. Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting new clients, as my schedule is full. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To ensure there isn't a delay in care, I am sending over referrals to providers that should have availability to meet with you." My appointment was at 3:00pm, and this was send to me at 2:58pm. I would not recommend this platform to anyone that is trying to take their mental health seriously.

As a provider myself I understand the value of being able to process thoughts and emotions. Grow therapy provides a safe space to do that along with the administrative support to get the most from my therapy experience. The selection of therapist to meet my particular needs is limited, but the ones who are available are very good and the therapist I'm working with has been excellent.

My experience with Grow Therapy has been very positive. The platform makes it easy to find and connect with qualified therapists, and the process of booking and managing sessions is smooth and straightforward. I really appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and the ability to meet virtually, which makes it more convenient to stay consistent with therapy. What stands out the most is the quality of care therapists like Monica Cnobel Massion provide a supportive and understanding environment, making it easier to open up and work on personal goals. Overall, Grow Therapy has made access to mental health care much more approachable, comfortable, and effective.

The therapist was sympathetic while listening to my experience of becoming a victim of financial scam. Provided practical advice for stopping communications with the bad actors.
