Very good insight and able to pinpoint needed areas of growth. Also, love the spiritual perspective that is needed for me.

I spent time answering a lot of questions prior to my session. Somehow, those answers never got to the therapist, so we spent too much time during my first session answering those questions again. What happened to all the answers entered? I did not want to spend so much time on intake, especially repeating my answers. It is not clear how much I’ll owe for the session, as a large range was given on the scheduling screen, followed by “covered by your insurance.” Either way, the bottom of the range was more expensive than similar services I’ve tried in the past. It’s unfortunate that my trust in your systems has already been compromised.

We are very impressed with this program. Our counselor, Jeff is great. He's intelligent, authentic and has a good sense of humor. He gives us tangible actions to take in order to grow in the areas necessary and is extremely patient with us. The company itself is very professional and efficient. They offer a ton of added work sheets and information you can pursue on your own. We are so happy to have found Grow Therapy!

My provider was fine, but this company…it’s mind boggling how difficult they make it to speak to anyone and in my experience their live chat isn’t able to solve anything. I am left without care due to an insurance change. All I need is to speak to someone to update it as I’m having issues getting it verified in their system. That’s all. It’s been days, my appointment with my therapist that I desperately needed was cancelled, and I’m done. I’m just done. Trying to get myself help should not cause me this much stress and frustration. I will never use one of these companies again.

I was able to make an appointment within a few days. Dr. Godfrey was super helpful, kind, and funny, and was overall amazing. I had a great experience and recommend him or anyone on the Grow Therapy network, assuming they have the same traits. 11/10

Grow Therapy, has been a good source to heal after a twenty nine years of Married and broke up my relation. Dr. Popoca has had all the answers to my why's patiently listen to what I think is hurting . I'm so grateful for Grow Therapy.
