I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPEN for relationship and individual work. I wanted a mature and experienced therapist to work with after decades of marriage, and Aspen is gentle yet forceful, and definitely an effective reference to work with. I look forward to our conversations that help ground me, and assist me articulating deep feelings and thoughts.

My experience with Grow has been great- if you don't have a good experience with a therapist, you can get a new one. If you don't connect well with your psychiatrist, you can get a new one. They make it simple and easy to do things. Never have I had such a good experience and I'm thankful for Grow.

Super easy to use interface & super kind and genuine counselor. I was very nervous trying this but it was wonderful . Glad I didn’t let my anxiety win.

EDIT: Grow Therapy is asking for more details and said if I do not provide them in 3 days, they “may not be able to “recognize my review as genuine”. When I clicked the link, it said, “looks like you’ve already provided additional information to this company”. I don’t know if this is a Trustpilot issue, but I’m not risking this company worming its way out of accountability. My “additional information” is that I needed to contact someone at the company and I could not. The log in page gave me and error, the customer service rep said it was because I was at the wrong link, I was not. I walked him through it. He put me on hold to call a support person. He told me he has been getting calls about this issue and said try a different browser. I did and it looked like it worked but then I got the same error message. I needed an RX I was almost out of transferred to a different pharmacy and I COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE TO DO THAT. I am not the only one with this complaint. If you are going to use a chat bot, make sure it has enough options to be helpful! This one kept directing me to log in to a website that’s not working. I had to switch to a different company. Highly irresponsible corner cutting to cut costs I’m sure. HIRE REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE. If you want “additional information” let me know. Original review: I don't know what company these other reviewers are using but I would be suspicious if any positive reviews. I had one session with a provider who was fine, but the are website errors and YOU CAN NOT CONTACT ANYONE BUT AN UNHELPFUL BOT. I am in the mental heath field and I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in terms of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will leave as many of these as I can.
