I am planning to contact member services or Kaiser to see if there are any other therapy companies that I can use. Grow Therapy is so unprofessional. I am so tired of their therapists throwing insults and calling names. That is so unprofessional. On the morning of Monday February 16, 2026 my new therapist called me names. She's not the only therapist who called me names. Then she said that my boyfriend didn't want to buy me medicine because I don't want to have a future with him. I told her that doesn't even make any sense. Then she said that I am immature and that my actions are "dysfunction" because I refuse to leave my boyfriend. I will be happy when I report her to members services soon.

I enjoy her compassion and understanding of my needs! So easy to share my feelings.

Finding a therapist was easy. The one I chose is very caring and open minded.

While I love both of my therapist I dislike the way the portal is set up . It takes out double payments instead of at one at a time. If I have an appointment on the 10 and another on the 20 it takes 50.00 instead of 25.00 for each. I have great therapist one for marriage and another for personal and I may have to let them go because Grow Therapy doing what they want with my co-pays . I can’t get to my portal because it says contact support but how when I can’t get to my portal!!!

Over the last couple of months Lester has helped me reevaluate and implement some necessary healing strategies. This has helped not only me but my family have a better connection with mind, body, spirit, and each other. He has helped reconnect me to life balance while working with me to produce better outcomes with positive reinforcement. Every session completed with Lester has me in a better place to continue to grow. Self improvement and self love are reflected in his work. The shift has been an amazing experience. Ms Shepard was very congenial and easy to talk with, Made me feel confortable right from the start. Gave me suggestions on how to better manage my depression, anxiety and ADHD. Highly recommended!

easy to schedule appointment with therapist. having the option of tele appointments is very convenient. They also provide access to articles that are very helpful and that one can implement. They also take various insurances and range of therapist to choose from.

My therapist is the best. I’ve left each session feeling accomplished. Some days feeling bad because what we have discussed, but accomplished because I needed to hear it!
