The billing staff is horrendous. Absolutely asinine. It's horrible to get through to anyone. I recently work a guy "Anderson" on chat and he was horrible. I asked to speak to someone at least 3 times. He told me to go through a certain process, when I proceeded to tell him how it doesn't work. I got ignored. I eventually got what I needed but not after an unnecessary 40 minutes of chat nonsense. If I could have been connected to someone, that would have been great. Grow therapy, DO BETTER. I absolutely adore my therapist, so get it together. I would never recommend anyone going through you guys.

life is hard, I needed someone to talk with to help me navigate my feelings. It’s so awesome and I don’t have insurance so it was nice being able to afford the small cost

I've always struggled with therapy cause I was paired with therapist that I felt like didn't listen to what I was saying but with grow therapy I was able to hand pick my therapist I was able to find a therapist that fits what I needed and I'm finally able to start my healing journey

I'm very impressed with Grow Therapy and its features. It's very easy to log into your session. I love that there is an app in case I can't do my session on my laptop. I like that there are additional activities you can do and the waiting room piano thing is great. It keeps you occupied before your session, which made me more relaxed.

I was hesitant about virtual therapy but it wasn’t bad at all! I really connected with my therapist because I did my research beforehand & knew what I I was looking for. Great experience!!!

Grow therapy provides a good platform for providers of psychiatric treatment. The problems that I have had have been regarding the finances and billing. Twice now they have been incorrect in their billing. I am currently dealing with an issue as they want me to have a credit card on file. As my insurance reimburses 100% there is no need for a credit card. Currently they want to charge me for services when it shows that they have been paid already. I refuse to pay for a service that has already been paid for. They cancel appointments without discussion if there is an outstanding balance. Beware!!!
