Not only was the order refunded, but we also went the extra mile to ensure the customer received the order free of charge. We appreciate your patience and support throughout this matter. Previous response: "Dear Julia, We apologize for the confusion and delay in the processing of your order #25879. We understand that receiving tracking updates is important and we apologize for not providing that in a timely manner. We did send an email to you on January 13th explaining that due to the holiday rush (New Years) there were some unexpected delays in processing orders. We apologize if this message did not reach you or if it was not clear enough. We want to assure you that a USPS tracking number was always provided to you, and that your order has now reached the United States. However, we understand that you may not have received the tracking updates. We use two different couriers for our international shipments, and the last mile of the delivery is handled by the local carrier (USPS). We apologize if this wasn't made clear to you or easy to understand. To help you track your package, we include the last mile tracking number on the tracking page. We have refunded your order, and still continue to deliver your order to you as a gift. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and we hope you enjoy your purchase.
