We've slept on them for 4 nights and I felt absolutely refreshed when I woke up the first night. We bought the sheet and pillow cases. Have recommended to so many people. All the people complaining about shipping know it's worth the wait and it's not Amazon!! They are shipping from Europe and the website says that.

I am happy to share that the customer service department went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns. I actually sent an email last Sunday afternoon, 8/6/23, expecting to hear back during the week, but much to my astonishment, I received a 'live' email response within minutes.
