Shipping time was ony the first issue.........
Shipping time was the first issue. They advertise "Express (5-7 days)" free shipping. Although they immediately take your money and issue a USPS tracking number, it was over 2 weeks before there was ANY update to the tracking information, and a FULL 3 WEEKS before the product finally arrived. Email inquires about order status resulted in Customer Service telling me "rest assured your order is being processed" with no real information on status. The second issue is the sheet itself. After washing and drying according to the instructions, the sheet is very rough. Feels like about 200 thread per inch cloth, which is like sleeping on a burlap bag. Also, the sheet barely fits my 11" tall Cal King mattress. The corners just make it around but there is not enough material to tuck in the sides at all. Last, after sleeping on the sheet for 5 days, I cannot notice any of the benefits claimed in their glowing reviews. I would definitely not buy again.
