The platform is a steady tool for my alternative investments in real estate; I have been very pleased with the steady returns and the compound growth in the past 2.5 years of investing.

Great platform overall
Great platform overall for getting involved in real estate and lending. Returns are generally good, but beware of default loans. My overall "return" shows over 10% but I have a couple dozen loans in default (and have been for years) that are not calculated in that yet. Just make sure you have a diverse portfolio from different borrowers.

Great service
Groundfloor was recommended to me by an advisory service I use. They do an excellent job with investments in real estate and have an excellent web site which allows you to see the status of each of your investments at a glance. Returns are good.

I have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience so far with Groundfloor. I have been an investor for 9 months now and have received a return on my investment of 10.7% so far. The website/app is very easy to use and there has been a good variety of properties to invest in.
