Great investing tool!! Easy to use and navigate.

Both apps need more work. Not happy that i cannot do desktop version of store on my phone. Interest rates need to be increased in stairs.

Website is horrible and I have reinvested same amount for the last 4 years but I have no idea how much I made or lost. Site is super confusing. It's better if you just buy a reit stock and collect 4% dividends.

Groundfloor should be part of every portfolio that can't be all stocks. An allocation to fixed income is essential. And in this vehicle, each loan is secured by real estate. Even small investors can participate with as little as $10. It has worked great for me. Overall, my ROI is excellent. I plan to keep increasing my allocation to Groundfloor.
