I'm really happy with ground floor as both an investor in their loan products and as a shareholder. Stairs is a great innovation for short-term cash.

Always happy to visit the groundfloor website. Always a good experience. Downloaded the app, but it has a long way to go before it's really helpful. Did enjoy the simplicity of spreading out my deposit automatically via the app's diversification option, but feel as though I would have rather gone to the web and selected properties manually as normal. Hope to see a lot more features in the future app.

So far so good with experience. I receive notifications of what goes on with my account and investments.

I have had several loans repaid the only complaint I have is there needs to be more options to invest in and it would be nice to be able to choose to have the interest paid into a different account

I like the investments this gives me access to. The website is still a bit clunky, but it's getting better

Don't send emails with emojis in the subject line. It is reeks of being a scammer.

Good company as far as investing. But they are not the best at communicating with their investors about resolutions to unpaid loans.

I’ve had a reasonably good experience using Groundfloor. I wish the website gave more information about each loan but overall, it’s been good.
