I appreciate the improvements that have been made to the website in the last year. I am happy with the returns I am getting from my groundfloor investments.

Most all my investments have paid off as planned. But a few have gone longer than promised. Also, I would like to see them offer higher yields. Other than that, it is a great place to invest in real estate without the hassles of actually owning it outright.

So far I've had good luck investing with Ground floor.

Good customer communication. Strong returns. Access to investment opportunities previously limited to weather or institutional investors.

In just over a year I have received nearly 10% return on my investment and I like that I am helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. I have even been able to fund projects in my local area and my original home town in Pennsylvania. Most investments are paid back early, although some go a bit over, but in those cases the return rate increases. I have had no losses so far and every project has paid off. Thanks, Groundfloor!

Here's what happened, I invested some funds in GF a few years ago. It was somewhat difficult to understand the intricate details and the financial mechanics but the Basics were (are) clear. Next I start seeing returns coming into my account. I reinvest, get more returns. GF pays me just what I'm expecting. GF has not had any shady transactions, has not tried to avoid me or a talk when requested and appears to be quite well operated. This is not a GF issue but there is a risk due to possible recession, my only caveat. I have been increasing my commitment over time as well. If only my other investments were as well behaved!

Not too happy about the 2 defaults in my account. This is my first experience with them. Waiting to see how you handle the defaults.
