At Groundfloor, we believe investing should be open to everyone, not just the wealthy or well-connected. Since 2013, we’ve been helping everyday people put their money to work through short-term, real estate-backed investments that typically deliver around 10% annualized returns. We were the first company qualified by the SEC to offer direct real estate debt investments to both accredited and non-accredited investors. That means whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, you can invest with the same transparency and control. So far, more than 270,000 people have joined us, funding thousands of renovation and construction projects across the country. Along the way, we’ve been honored with awards like the Forbes Fintech 50 and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list six years in a row.Our mission is simple: remove barriers, create opportunity, and help you build wealth on your own terms.

I made a $1000.00 investment for my spouse during a promotion. Both of our accounts were credited the $200.00 referal bonuses. It took 60 days, and the bonuses must be reinvested. That was clearly stated. I had questions, and had return calls sheduled with Eric. He called at the time requested and provided clear and thorough answers. I would suggest placing your funds in Groundfloor's flywheel program.

Thank you for your feedback, James. We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the Flywheel and that our team delivered for you. We’d love to learn what a five-star experience would have looked like in your eyes. Feel free to share your thoughts with us anytime at [email protected].

I am a big fan of Groundfloor. One thing that could be improved is the way the updates on LROs are communicated. We have to individually go to each LRO and click on it to see updates (if any), which are posted at random times, and are not very helpful (i.e., it doesn't necessarily tell us the expected repayment date, or explain how long a foreclosure might take etc...). I wish updates were more easily visible so we don't have to go click and take a chance for each LRO and more explanatory for real estate rookie investors.

I am a new Groundfloor investor, and so far I have had a good experience. some suggestions for the portal are: * To have the ability to export the available loans * To show the time remining or maturity date in the loan page * To be able to filter by borrower (in the wizard) but this can be achieved if the export is available *to be able to export/see historic data (paid or otherwise loans)

Hi - I'm basically quite happy with the overall experience and consistent performance of the investments I've made. The site is easy to use and I can choose projects I think are sound. I'd like to suggest that Groundfloor create categories of loans that people like myself who are aware of how the climate crisis is going to impact residential real estate would prefer to invest. For example: 1. houses that are not in a flood plain (Note that FEMA has said their flood plain maps are now inaccurate.) Same goes for houses that are going to get affected by sea level rise in the next 50-100 years. I don't feel comfortable investing in those. 2. Houses in hotter locations that are not going to be sound investments either because they are not designed with adequate low carbon HVAC equipment and/or because they are in areas of the country that will soon be unlivable due to heat waves. On that other hand, I think many people would like to invest in house renovations and new construction that includes renewable tech like PV panels, heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heaters, passive house standards, etc. Thank you!

So far I am very happy with Groundfloor. My only suggestion is you need to have a hold account where you can have money in reserve apart from the auto investing AND your transfer of funds needs to happen faster!
