Great way to get a good return on your money and diversify your investments.

A couple of months back funds processing was very slow and erratic compared to last year(s). Later, auto investing troubles caused concern. It looks like now the issues are settled and I have now more of better experience. I hope it stays this way.

Because I bought shares in your company years ago and you're not taking a public. Maybe you don't want the scrutiny of the SEC looking at your books or publicly traded company so I don't invest in your company no more.

Very comfortable to use the platform.

They have good rates of return for the class of LROs being offered. I get about 1 repayment per month and can redeploy the money right away. Their customer service is very good. Although I don't interface with it very much each time I do the response it quick and details the answer to my concern.

My experience with Groundfloor has been in one word excellent. I have no complaint whatsoever.

Fund movement between bank and GF account is too slow. Please consider implementing instant credit.

Good concept and have been using Groundfloor for many years. Not every thing goes exactly as expected but that is why you earn higher yields. I have done well with my investments with almost all giving me good returns. For the small few - that’s the way it goes- you suck it up and move on because overalll your beating almost all other fixed returns at low invest minimums and you are adding diversity to your portfolio. Invest, make wise choices and stay with it….
