AVOID!
AVOID!! They do not honour the 100 day refund - they have closed the old company entity and started a new one. Funnily enough their email says they can start taking new orders but no mention of honouring refunds.

Terrible customer service and no refund.
I have requested to return my pillow under the agreed returns policy, and have been waiting almost a week without a reply! I initially emailed and followed the advice given, however, the pillow isn't suitable. This is unsatisfactory customer service, and I would appreciate a response regarding the best way to return my pillow and receive a full refund. I'm posting on here in the hope it will alert this company to respond!

For a better night's sleep.
The pillow is well made and is the best pillow I have had and I am getting a better night's sleep, and it's a nice company to deal with.

Groove Neck Pillow.
I purchased the groove pillow as I was experiencing neck pain, and had been for a long time. I wasn’t sure if the pillow would help but because I could return it within 30 days if it didn’t help, I thought I would try it. I am delighted to say that my neck has improved, it is so much better in the short time I have been using this pillow.

Relief at last!
I had been suffering neck and upper back pain and stiffness for months. I decided to give the Original Groove Pillow a go. It is now about 2 weeks since I started using it and amazingly my pain has almost completely gone, just like Groove promised!

The best pillow I have ever owned
