Service is great groomers are kewl but every single appointment I make gets cancelled less then 24 hours and then I have to rearrange my schedule to accommodate. Every single time!

Our groomer Janeth was on time, kind to our puppy, kind to my kids who were watching, skilled with our puppy’s grooming, cleaned up thoroughly, and worked quickly. Great experience and a trauma-free first grooming experience for our pup!

Worst place ever - completely butchered my poor Cavapoo's hair on the body, his skin is showing through and then left the hair uneven and long on top!!!! Worst worst job ever and then won't even get a supervisor or owner to speak with me and now not answering the phones. The customer service rep started shouting at me on the phone!! Words can't describe how horrible my experience is, I was in utter shock when I picked up my poor puppy!!! Beware!! I would give negative -100 stars but wasn't able to. Take a look at the photos, his skin is coming through!!!! Its now been several hours and not one person has given me a call back!!

My dog is very fluffy, he looks more like a bear so it’s not easy to groom this little one - but Groomit made him look awesome 👏🏻 so I want to say thanks to Groomit, they made their job so well! I highly recommend this company, guys at Groomit are so professional, premium dog service 👌🏻

My little puppy got grooming at my apt in New York. I loved the service. The groomer arrived on time, groomed Precios, and left my apt tidy after the job was done. Easy and convenient.

I used groomit in my area here in NY and cannot say anything but good things about the service. The person whom came to groom my dog was very professional and on time. This takes a lot of pressure away from us especially in the covid era , since most groomers will not take pets right now or there are weeks of wait. Thank you groomit, I will be using you moving forward.
