Great job! Excellent communication. Took amazing care of my moody little pup who doesn’t like to be groomed. A little pricey but worth the experience.

What made the experience great is that my dog was groomed. She is 15 years old DOB 11/2010. She is anxious and nervous. I will not name other companies, but people have started and were unable to complete the grooming. Thank you, Groomit

Great job on grooming!

This is a review of the company’s response to a situation with one of their drivers/mobile service employees. A Groom It van driver tried to run me off the road of a busy thoroughfare because she failed to merge correctly and she became enraged. She gave me the finger, called me names, and tried to run me off the road several times until I finally had enough and pulled over. I immediately called the company since their logo is clearly visible on all of their vehicles. I called twice and spoke to two customer service reps who assured me someone would call me back to discuss. They never did. I also sent an email which no one ever replied to. All this to say that I would NEVER trust these people to care for my animals since they did not show an ounce of courtesy or care in this situation. THINK TWICE and BEWARE! For someone to show that much anger while driving, would you really want them to care for your animals?

Groomer was late for scheduled appointment and had issues with grooming my dogs face.....so her face was still very long.
