They forgot to send small nuts that go on the end of the bolts, like 30 or more they forgot. Maybe 20 cents each piece. Called to get them sent they wanted a picture of the box the missing items, it was stupid. They would not connect me to a manager from the United States. They never sent them. Horrible customer service. Called tagwood to see if they'll help. They said they would, still waiting hopefully soon.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with getting the missing nuts for your bolts. I am sorry if you were unable to speak to a U.S.-based manager and never received the items. It’s truly disappointing to experience such poor customer service over something that should be straightforward to fix. We will make sure to resolve this as soon as possible.

Unresponsive company in my opinion. Never follow up and did what they said they would do. Everyday I got a different status on my shipment. Tones of thank you emails to overload your inbox. I would never use them again. Order # was GRC7751, Ordered 6/28/24
