If I could give it a zero I would.. Ordered my grill on 9/6. Did not ship till 9/11. Did not get it till 9/26.Shipped from Washington by train to Joliet IL. Train runs days behind and never notified, then it sits In Joliet for days before it's shipped. Again not notified of the delays. I always had to call. I ended up having to get it from the shipping office once it got to Charlotte NC. Worst customer service experience. Only went with them to save on tax. BIG MISTAKE! Should have went with BBQGUYS and paid the taxes. Would have gotten it a lot sooner. Very disappointed.

Poor communication. Said the item was in stock, then when I checked about the shipment, it wasn't in stock for my "local" warehouse. Said the item would ship on a certain date, it didn't. Did not ship the next day. When it did ship Grill Collection didn't inform of the shipment. Maybe it was just me but not very good customer service in responding to my requests for information. The pandemic hasn't affected other companies in their communication so the response is just an excuse.

Hi, we apologize for this, since we are in pandemic times, we cannot control the instability of our supply lines. And we know this is not your problem as a valued customer. We will take this review as a reminder to help us serve our customers even better in the future.

I received the wrong item but they quickly corrected it and sent me the grill ordered. They also sent a replacement on a defective grill light and sent me a $50 gift certificate for my trouble. Rosana, their customer service agent called me several times to make sure everything was made right. This kind of customer service is rare and I will definitely order from them again while singing their praises.

We received our Grill when they said it would be delivered and it was in perfect condition. We absolutely love our Napolean Prestige Pro 825. It was the best price that I found and the no tax and shipping even made a bigger difference in the price. The quality of the entire grill is outstanding. We love cooking on it and everything comes out great.

The communication wasn't great. I received two of my items but haven't received two others and I have no idea what to expect. I bought some other grill things from other companies and BBQ Guys communicated much more effectively by using e-mail to tell me what to expect. Another company's communication was probably worse.

I’m so sorry Rob. We’re normally known for our exceptional communication with our beloved customers, and we regret that we missed the mark.
