Grill came 3 days later than I was originally told and it was very difficult to get answers from the delivery service

I have had a great experience so far with Grill Collections. We have not received our order yet, should arrive in the next few days. Ordering on line was easy and have used their chat feature on line a couple of times and they are very responsive. I will update once the order is received.

I will give customer service 5 stars. Very helpful and quick to resolving my problem with my order. Unfortunately, I had to send item back and replacement item back due to both items were not satisfactory.

While there were some issues with shipping, Grill Collection was very responsive and worked to make good on the inconvenience. Overall, a great experience.

Exceptional service and communication

After having trouble finding what I wanted in stock anywhere else, Grill Collection came through. Fast shipping and great customer service. Waiting on pool decking to be poured before I assemble so I haven't used anything yet but the boxes all seem to be in good shape.

everything I could have hoped for. Good price, easy ordering and delivered on time (at a time when I had orders getting lost, damaged, and/or late, with UPS, Amazon, Fedex & USPS). Great service from their Trucking companies Estes and Liberty. They kept me up to date, every step from Phoenix to my door in Virginia, and I never had to ask or look it up. I'm an oldie and this is how service used to be, they said what was going to be done and they did it exactly that way. I guess Grill Collection can be considered 'old fashion' ....in a good way.

Grill was packaged amazingly well. Semi stopped at my driveway and the driver wheeled it in my garage. Grill and parts were in perfect condition. I used the YouTube video to help me put it together. The assembly went exactly like the video. Checked for leaks and cleaned everything. We cooked out for the first time and it went great. Food was great. The Napoleon grill is high quality and I’m very glad I spent the extra money. It will last for years. Many of the parts have a lifetime warranty. The ones that don’t have a 15 year warranty. Very happy and I am looking at several accessories to buy that work with this grill. Can’t wait till the next time we use it!
