NIce grill. Took a long time to assemble.

I was shipped the wrong unit, so I contacted them two days in a row. On the third day received a call and they said to keep the more expensive unit. I went home and unboxed it put it together. Now they say haha pay us more to keep the unit. Bait and Switch. UPDATE. They did take the loss on this one and I was able to keep the more expensive grill. My advice is if you have a problem come here and make a honest review they will respond faster than calling them.

Grill Collection had the very popular and high quality Napoleon grill in stock, offered a $50 dollar discount on my purchase, and shipped the grill very quickly. The grill arrived extremely well protected on a pallet and was in perfect condition as my husband opened the packing, inspected the parts, and assembled the grill. Communication by email from the company was excellent throughout the process!

What an excellent company and excellent products. Just like the old days when companies really cared about their customers, these guys are awesome!!!

It took 17 days to receive my grill after I purchased it where I was told I should have it no more than 10 days plus when I did try tracking it nobody could tell me where it was when I was already told at one time it was at the shipping place waiting to be delivered. Also I was supposed to be notified when the grill would be coming and I never received any heads up other than notification that it was delivered already and sitting in my driveway. At one point I was on the chat line trying to find out where the grill was and I was put on hold only to find out that there was nobody coming back to give me my answer.
