DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We bought a Summit oven from them in September, they sent us oven with issues it basically doesn't turn on ... I called greentoe, they told me its not their problem and that I should call the manufacturing ... so I did that. It took me 2 months to make a maintenance appointment. The guy came change a part and it still doesnt work, to which he says that he doesn't know what else to fix. Overall we bought the oven in September, right now is December 31st. I couldnt cook for my family for Thanksgiving, Christmas and now New Years... Greentoe totally made my 2020 even worse.

I ordered a Sony RX100VA but got the older model RX100V. I was not able to resolve the dispute despite emailing back and forth both Greentoe customer service and the camera store.

Not worth the time. Limited communication - must wait for someone to msg or email you. Responses often took days for a response. Had a contract, then the retailer apparently backed out a week later. Still the offer remains on Greentoe's website. This appears to be a one person operation.

I've been given the run around for 11 days as to when my item would ship. When they finally do respond, I'm told 'it will be processed today". Days and days go by without my order being shipped and they've completely stopped responding to email. If you try calling them you will receive a recording telling you to email. This used to be a good company. Now it's a farce

Ordered a wine cooler, took nearly 1 month to be delivered. Their transit company provided very little tracking information. Customer Service all round not great.

Tried to buy a washer/dryer from this organization. It was a waste of time. Price quoted for the dryer was about the same as Home Depot, I requested that they match the same price on the washer as the dryer. They told me I wasn't being 'realistic'. I asked them to cancel my request. What I can say is that Wayfair and U. S. Appliance were both cheaper than Greentoe, my specific reason to try to use this company was that I wanted to use an interest-free line of credit. They did not save me money and they did waste my time. Perhaps they are less expensive on some items, but in this case, I would give them a big fat "F".

My bid was accepted for a refrigerator on 9/25/20. On 9/26 I received another offer for $1,100.00 over my accepted bid. On 9/27 I was again offered a higher price vendor or for $165.09 less than my original accepted offer I would have to wait until at least 11/12/20 for delivery. I opted to wait for delivery. On 9/28 Greentoe cancelled my contract due to delivery delays. If the vendor and I agreed to offer, why was Greentoe able to cancel this offer. Was there even a vendor to begin with? Did Greentoe not foresee enough commission to honor this purchase? Please stop wasting peoples time on bait and switch schemes. Your site would have been alot more honorable if you would have just rejected my offer to begin with.

This is a location where great pricing meets terrible customer service. I purchased an expensive oven. I was told it was in stock. A month later, I am still waiting for delivery. Greentoe customer service - non existent. Contact the purchasing store Plessers - unhelpful. Call the transportation company - call waiting for over an hour each time and you get the runaround. Better to purchase from Home Depot, Best Buy or Lowes. This experience is the worst.
