The communication and service with greentoe was excellent. Their rep was responding to my emails to negotiate price well after midnight the night before a holiday (July 4). That's dedication! I ended up getting an excellent price on a 2018 (1my old) 77" LG OLED that was roughly the same as a deal that went front page on slickdeals.com. the TV was shipped via freight the very next day from an LG approved vendor, and I received tracking info throughout transit until the Russian called and scheduled my delivery with me. It was delivered on a pallet in perfect condition, and even the delivery guy said he was impressed with the extra measure of protection, which apparently isn't common. I installed and setup the TV and it is perfect so far. Greentoe customer service even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied after the fact. I will definitely use Greentoe again. Thanks

Super easy. I got a new TV for ~25% off the lowest online price. My offer was accepted about 15 minutes after I submitted it on a Wednesday night, and I had a new TV on my wall by the following Tuesday. I purchased the additional 5 year warranty from GreenToe and all-in-all I spent about $1500 less than I would have for the same television + 5 year warranty from a Big Blue Box Electronics Store. CS was prompt and attentive to all questions and concerns that I had. 10/10, would recommend. Why buy anywhere else?
