This w my first experience with GreenToe and I was impressed. I made an offer on a Samsung washer and dryer set. I hade a company counter offer with a price lower than any other advertised price during a 4th of July sales event plus free shipping. At full retail price, this would have saved me over $1,000. The lowest advertised price I could find on this washer and dryer combo was about $600 more than the offer I received. The delivery company contacted me to set up a day and time within 3 days. On the delivery day, the driver called as well and advised on the exact tike he would show up. He showed up on time and off loaded the set. The GreenToe service team followed up with an email to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely use GreenToe again.

Excellent customer service throughout the process. Shipping and receiving the product took 7 days. Overall if you want to save some money I recommend this company. The customer service was the icing on the cake as I was updated every step of the process. Truly trustworthy as my product was registered with the manufacturer.

I have been interested in buying a large screen tv ever since last football season. I did a lot of research and found that most of the tv's in my range 80" or better, were pretty expensive compared to the 65" I now had on the wall. I liked one of the Sony models but $2700 plus tax and shipping put it beyond what I wanted to spend. I went to Walmart and Best Buy and looked at all of the large tv's and noticed that LG had 2 tv's over 80" and while some of the other makers picture might have looked a little better, LG's picture was fine for me. I researched Greentoe as much as possible and found that they only dealt with certified retailers and that shipping was included within your offer and also tax which was significant. I put a bid in and within a day had a counter offer of $100 over my bid. It included tax and shipping and was going to save me over $500. I hesitated a day or 2 and then realized I was looking at a great deal. I accepted the offer and and the tv was delivered by Fedex to my house within 2 weeks. It is up and we are enjoying this giant tv. Bigger is better. Check out Greentoe for the very best deal you will find in the marketplace.

It just works, the third party (who you find out after you pay) sends the item fast, and efficiently, it comes with full warranty and is NOT grey market item.
