First time I've used Greentoe and most likely not the last. Saved around $350 overall from any other price online, and the the order process went smoothly. Delivery was good and quick and Greentoe support along the way was always on hand to answer any questions. If anything Greentoe were perhaps a little too overzealous regarding emails, and would reach out asking how I'm finding my order process/do I want a warranty/what's your favorite color. You get the idea. All in all though that doesn't detract from a great deal and good service. Recommended. But one piece of advice Greentoe, perhaps calm down a little on the volume of the after purchase emails. Just a bit.

I have made several purchases via greentoe. The vendors are camera dealers. Everything I received was new and shipping was fast.

I’m not going to lie, I was pretty skeptical when I found this app but everything went great. The process really is easy & I was able to make an offer on a Samsung 55” Q9T tv that was accepted & it saved me $410. I was not paid nor am I entered into a promotional program, this is a legit review. If you’re in the market for a tv I would highly recommend at least checking out the GreenToe app!

Great experiences using Greentoe to purchase my mirrorless camera and lens. It is easy to use and has great product search and descriptions including trending price for reference. The best part is that you are guaranteed to buy from authorized dealers and with US warranty. Cannot believe that people are buying the same thing used or grey market from the big auction site at higher price. Definitely will use Greentoe for future electronics purchases. There are minor things that the website needs to improve: 1. It is not the fastest website, although navigation is great; 2. The layout of login landing page for the mobile version is not optimal. Login and My Offers should be at the top instead of My Account info.

Had great experience with Greentoe. Was able to receive item for bid I placed. After order was placed, my shipping was quick with provided tracking through Fedex. Greentoe registered the warranty, all I had to do was sign up with company. Order arrived in perfect conidition. No damage to the package. Provided services and communication was great.
