My experience with Greentoe has been great so far. They have helped me save money, as well as make me feel like I'm one of their special customers - not just some random person on the web. I look forward for using them for future purchases.

I wanted to buy a Garmin 245 music running watch and searched Google, Amazon, Ebay and others I found Greentoe and it was BY FAR the best price anywhere. The watch was new, in the box, and delivered with in the week. The best part is I saved over $70. I will without a doubt use them again and highly recommend them.

Could not have been any easier to shop for high end electronics. Dealer sent my item quickly, and was exactly as described. Will definitely use again, and will recommended it to everyone!

So I rated Greentoe five stars because of my experience with them. I just used them for the first time and I ordered a $2500 tv from them. The retailer shipped it and it came in broken. I was disappointed so I wanted to call Greentoe and let them know. However Greentoe doesn't have a call in center, and they only communicate through email. I was really nervous because I was scared I was out $2500. However they got back to me within the day and looped the retailer in on the email chain. I explained the situation and the retailer sent fed ex to pick up the TV the next day. I ordered another one and this time it came in great and it's on my wall and works. The lowest price for the TV on Amazon was for $3000. I got it for $2500 including tax from an authorized seller of LG TVs. My refund showed up in my bank account after a week. I like they are so communicative and always reply to my emails. They were courteous and professional. It also creates an evidence of record, unlike a phone call so that actually worked out well for me. I also got a soundbar from greentoe that works really great too. I love the tv and soundbar but overall I really appreciated the customer service. I would 100 percent recommend Greentoe.

I used to go to eBay for needed big gear buys (photo/video), but Greentoe is now my goto source. I consistently save at least 10% off retail price, and it really helps with the bottom line. No issues here!

I was asked to write a review by the Greentoe's CS team. That said, I must admit I loved the process of purchasing my latest camera through Greentoe at a great price. The process can be improved especially regarding payment of the goods (merchant processes the payment, not Greentoe). However, the support team was always very quick (within 30 min - 1 hour) with email responses. So I had every confidence.

I recently purchased a device through Greentoe, and it arrived in excellent condition and exactly as described. I paid much less than I would’ve anywhere else, which is awesome. Definitely plan to use the service again.

Just had an amazing experience with Greentoe. Never heard of it before but came across it when I was hunting a birthday gift. Placed a bid, got a counter bid, accepted it, paid and 3 days later the binoculars arrived. I can't tell you how happy I am to get my grandson's gift in time for his birthday tomorrow, and at an amazing price. Yea Greentoe!!
